Summary: Location is great, yet it is impossible to approach by car - thus if you have luggage, it is challenging. Soundproofing in the room is next to nothing; if some guests come back after the party, be sure, you know this

Summary: Beautiful 12 room hotel - modern upgrades & centrally located. Great staff & they even allowed us to stay until 2p (check out normally at 12 noon) for no extra fee. The only thing to consider is there is no lift & we were on the 2nd floor, so had to navigate two flights of fairly narrow staircase with our luggage.
